Elaron: WhatsApp-First Appointment Booking for Independent Clinics

Most solo doctors and small clinics in India run their appointment book the same way they always have — a phone that rings constantly, a paper register, and a receptionist trying to manage both at once.

Elaron, a healthcare product built by Cloudtern Solutions, rebuilds that experience around WhatsApp — the app patients and clinic staff already have open every day. Patients book, reschedule, and get reminders for their appointments directly over WhatsApp, with no separate app to download. On the clinic side, doctors and front-desk staff get a live queue of the day’s patients, replacing the paper register and the constant back-and-forth of phone calls.

Elaron is currently onboarding its first clinic in Hyderabad, with more in the pipeline. It’s an early-stage product built to solve a problem Cloudtern’s healthcare clients described directly: appointment scheduling shouldn’t require patients — or doctors — to learn a new tool.
